Dual Filtration Part II

Dual flow oil filtration in action

Happily ensconced in Scandinavian Blue's engine bay

Well, Alan’s oil filter has been in for about a month and I can honestly say that I’ve noticed absolutely no change in how Scandinavian Blue zips along, but then again I wouldn’t would I? I know for a fact that it’s working because:

(a) the return pipe gets quite warm when the engine’s running and

(b) the oil is already cleaner than after previous oil changes.

The real benefit now of this system is that being anodized blue aluminum, the filter canister really brightens up the engine bay and looks very cool. As for any problems that occur, I’ll keep you posted but so far it’s all super.

Yours Saabcerely

Matt
