New 9-5 Estate

(Thank you carmagazine.co.uk)

Well, I’ve decided, as you know, that the new 9-5 has finally won me over. It’s a good looking wee beastie and belated praise had to be offered guys over at Trollhattan.

Well, thanks to carmagazine.co.uk, I got to see the released photos of the new 9-5 Estate, pictures that aren’t even available on the Saab website.

I have to say …. WOW! Well I spent the first 30 seconds giggling like a schoolgirl and then I said WOW what a thunderbus! Alison wasn’t that impressed, said it looked too square (in the non-1970’s interpretation of the word presumably).

To my eyes it looks solid, robust whilst being sleek and clean. A good trick if you can do it and Saab seem to have pulled it off very nicely.

So it looks like I’m going to have to praise them again. “Well done you guys!” but with regards to universal balance, ying and yang and all that squit, I do have to say that the new 94X sucks big time. Only had to look at that for 10 seconds to know I hated it. Truly awful!

But again, well done with the 9-5. Don’t bother with the 94X or the 93X come to that. Play to your strengths and get project “Thunderbus” on the road A.S.A.P.

Check it out for yourself, it rocks!

Happy Saabing

Matt
